I’m impressed with these chairs. The initial quality is very good. I say that as time will tell how the handle the weather. They are sturdy and very comfortable. Cushions are thick and have an inner foam plastic wrap around them for moisture protection. The fabric is thick and dries really fast. I’ve had several good rains. The swivel and glide rocking features are awesome. Stylish, contemporary but still wicker traditional. I would recommend them without reservation.
I purchased 2 sets of this furniture 2 years ago. I still love it.I agree with the comments about assembly being a little tricky. I would for sure recommend 2 people if possible for assemblyI had an issue with screws loosening and falling out. I contacted the seller to ask if I could buy screws .They said no need to purchase but would I be kind enough to leave feedback.I got the screws a few days later in the middle of a renovation. They were lost in the shuffle so I never got to use them.However I feel they were so good to send them to me that it was high time for me to leave feedback.I would buy this set again 10 times over. Great price. Great looking. Great product. Needless to say great customer service❤️❤️❤️

This 8 piece set is very nice. Beautiful to look at, the swivel- glider rockers are super comfortable. The ottomans were much larger then expected and the cushions were thick like the rest of the cushions in this set. The chairs were much bigger in person then in the picture, which was very nice. The swivel-glider rockers move with ease. Super pleased with this furniture exspecially for the price. Great Value!The customer service was outstanding! If I had an issue, I would reach out and get a responds the very next day.Everything was delivered before the "expected delivery" date. Ordered on a Thursday5/15/25 and all 10 items (order 2 end tables too) has been delivered to my house by the following Wednesday 5/21/25. Expected delivery date was 5/22/25 - 5/27/25. Super fast delivery.

Well, I have to tell you, we absolutely love these chairs. The build was not bad at all. I say this after buying two other chairs that putting together I think gave me permanent hand damage LOL. The look awesome and are comfortable as can be. The glide rock is a favorite! I've only had them for a few months, so longevity it to see yet, but so far, these are the best outdoor deck chairs we've had!!
Assembly took some time but these chairs are worth the time. They are very comfortable and improve the curb appeal of our home.
After a lot of searching in person and online, we ordered the Belord 6 piece outdoor patio furniture. The pieces were delivered quickly and in several deliveries. It did take some time to put the pieces together but the instructions were clear and even provided the tools for assembly. One deciding factor was having a choice of wicker and cushion color. We love the glider rockers and having the ottomons is a bonus. The cushions are very comfortable. We did have an issue with the glider back and right arm and the company sent a replacement that we received within a few days. They were very responsive. We are enjoying our new patio furniture on our newly built enclosed back porch.

Received quicker than expected. Box was delivered in good condition. Instructions for assembly were straightforward and showed visuals for proper placement of bolts and nuts. Feel the quality of the product is as seen in the showroom at Watson’s for a third of the price. Cushions are not as firm as I thought they would be but overall very satisfied and now ordering more items to complement the two swivel rockers. My feet can fit on the ground which is unusual for me since I’m short, which is a big win for me. The chair fits me and isn’t too big. My husband is a fan and asked for the ottoman and the fire table, so time to go shopping.
Great deep seat sofa and chairs would be 5 stars but sofa holes were hardtop work with as some did not line up really and hoping it will be okay! But nice set overall.
Furniture was delivered quickly! It did take some time to put together, but it seems very sturdy and well made. We did have some damage during delivery to our fire table top. We contacted Belord and within hours they took care of it! We are very happy with Belord and our furniture!
Very comfortable. My husband put them together in a couple hours. Would definitely recommend them.
