Patio Conversation Set 6-Piece with Sofa, Swivel Glider Chairs, Coffee Table, and Ottoman, NTC Series

Just put it together one week ago. Rocker seat pads and sofa seat pads are nice and firm. The back cushions of sofa and rockers are not as firm and not all exactly the same size. I waited a week or so to see if foam would expand more, but it seems this is the way it is now. Might not be a foam problem but might be the covers aren’t exactly the same size? I do love how it looks and the packaging was fantastic and delivery was quick even though 4 boxes came from different locations. Do you think it’s the foam or the covers? Maybe you could send me 3 new covers and foam for sofa?

Definitely need 2 people to put together. Instructions need to be clearer; not all the washers were included.

I’m impressed with these chairs. The initial quality is very good. I say that as time will tell how the handle the weather. They are sturdy and very comfortable. Cushions are thick and have an inner foam plastic wrap around them for moisture protection. The fabric is thick and dries really fast. I’ve had several good rains. The swivel and glide rocking features are awesome. Stylish, contemporary but still wicker traditional. I would recommend them without reservation.

I purchased 2 sets of this furniture 2 years ago. I still love it.I agree with the comments about assembly being a little tricky. I would for sure recommend 2 people if possible for assemblyI had an issue with screws loosening and falling out. I contacted the seller to ask if I could buy screws .They said no need to purchase but would I be kind enough to leave feedback.I got the screws a few days later in the middle of a renovation. They were lost in the shuffle so I never got to use them.However I feel they were so good to send them to me that it was high time for me to leave feedback.I would buy this set again 10 times over. Great price. Great looking. Great product. Needless to say great customer service❤️❤️❤️
