Definitely need 2 people to put together. Instructions need to be clearer; not all the washers were included.
I’m impressed with these chairs. The initial quality is very good. I say that as time will tell how the handle the weather. They are sturdy and very comfortable. Cushions are thick and have an inner foam plastic wrap around them for moisture protection. The fabric is thick and dries really fast. I’ve had several good rains. The swivel and glide rocking features are awesome. Stylish, contemporary but still wicker traditional. I would recommend them without reservation.
I purchased 2 sets of this furniture 2 years ago. I still love it.I agree with the comments about assembly being a little tricky. I would for sure recommend 2 people if possible for assemblyI had an issue with screws loosening and falling out. I contacted the seller to ask if I could buy screws .They said no need to purchase but would I be kind enough to leave feedback.I got the screws a few days later in the middle of a renovation. They were lost in the shuffle so I never got to use them.However I feel they were so good to send them to me that it was high time for me to leave feedback.I would buy this set again 10 times over. Great price. Great looking. Great product. Needless to say great customer service❤️❤️❤️
This set is comfortable, and we love it!
Overall these are nice chairs. They arrived in one box, and the parts were clearly labeled making the assembly pretty straight forward. I was able to assemble them by myself.Chairs are rated for 350 pounds. The metal on them seems capable of supporting that weight. I've attached a picture of the strapping that is under the cushion in case you wondered what it was like.Why 4 stars? A couple of reasons. first, the cushions are not as thick as I had hoped for and the chairs sit a little low for me, I'm 6' 1". My wife who is shorter loves them. Second, I wonder how they will hold up. See the picture where it looks like they ran out of steel and so they welded on a short piece. Lastly, one of the swivels was extremely tough to turn. I put some WD40 on it and it loosened it up, but not sure others would want that hassle or have WD40 lying around.On the plus side, the glide is smooth and no issues with it. So on net, they seem to be a good chair and only time will tell.
