Required for claims: Dated receipt + product photos

• Commercial use/misuse/abuse
• Natural disasters/accidents
• Fabric discoloration/rust/corrosion
• Floor models/"as-is" items

🔧 Care Instructions
• Clean with soft dry cloth (mild soap if needed)
• Store cushions indoors during rain/snow
• Air-dry wet cushions (unzipped)
• Use protective covers when stored
