Why haven't I received my ordered goods?
Typically, we require about 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping it out. Once your items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You can also track your order through the "ORDER TRACKING" section at the bottom of our website or by logging into your account.
If you do not see an updated tracking number or if the tracking information hasn’t changed for about 5 days, please feel free to contact us at support@belord-home.com.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email ?
Our confirmation letter is sent out automatically by our ordering system. Contact us immediately if you have not received a confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order and yet have the payment charged from your credit card/Paypal account. We will confirm your order on our site and send you another confirmation email with your order number and order details.
There are a few possible reasons that could cause this to happen:You have entered an incorrect or not frequently used email address when registering on our website. Since our confirmation emails are sent to the email address you registered with us, the letter will be lost.You used the express checkout feature which uses the email address associated with your Paypal account. This email address may not be the one you currently use,and it is recommended that you check both for our confirmation email.
Some email systems have filters that classify our email as junk mail so they cannot get to your inbox. Itis recommended that you look into your junk mail folder before contacting us, as there is a big chance it was simply blocked by your email system.
Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped ?
Our shipping notification email is sent out automatically by our ordering system once your order has been shipped out. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could have sent to your spam folder. It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order before sending your package out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 2-5 business days of the date you placed your order, then please contact (https://belord-home.com/pages/contact-us), or sending emails via support@belord-home.com, any question will be replied within 24 hours.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Here at name, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering; however, due to unexpected reasons order processing can take up to 15 business days. You may also track your order with a tracking number after your order has been shipped out.
How do I cancel an order?
The first thing to do is send us an email with all the necessary information or give us stating you wish to cancel your order.
We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us for return/exchange.
You will have to be responsible for the postage required to send the original item to our collection warehouse. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you after we confirm the reception of the order at our collection warehouse.
How do I track my orders?
After the order ships out, you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number provided.

How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer free shipping site-wide, so you don't need to pay for shipping!
Do you ship outside of the contiguous U.S.?
Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska are NOT included.
Which courier company will Belord use?
Typically, we provide home delivery services through FedEx, but other courier companies may be utilized based on the specific situation.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We have ten warehouses that ship based on inventory and proximity to your delivery address.
What should I do if my product is damaged upon pickup or delivery?
You are responsible for inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please contact us immediately at support@belord-home.com and include photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
You can report any visible damage within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us directly at support@belord-home.com or reply to your order receipt. Providing photo evidence helps expedite the resolution process, as we typically need these photos to initiate a replacement.
I have placed an order; can I change the delivery address?
For orders that have not yet shipped, we can certainly assist you in changing the delivery address on your order. If the order has already shipped, changing the address may incur additional reshipping or delivery fees, which are not included in the initial shipping quote.
Please note: The shipping method depends on the delivery address, and we use FedEx for shipping. Changing the delivery address may affect your level of delivery service. Our customer experience team can help you determine if the service level will change due to the new delivery address.

Can I return or exchange my item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, we can process your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the original item back to our receiving warehouse. For returns, we will refund your payment once the receiving warehouse confirms receipt of the order. For exchanges, we will send out the replacement item after the receiving warehouse confirms receipt of the original item.

Will my furniture rust?
Aluminum framed furniture will not rust.Although treated to prohibit rust, if the painted surface of a steel frame is scratched, exposing bare metal, then there is the possibility that rust may occur. Because of exposure to air and water, you should periodically check your furniture for scratches in the paint.
If you find a scratch, we encourage you to treat the area by lightly sanding the affected area with extra fine sand paper or steel wool, treating the area with a rust inhibitor and applying touch-up paint.
Can the cushions be machine washed?
Both hand washing and machine washing are acceptable. We strongly recommend using a mild soap solution or commercially available neutral detergent for spot cleaning to maintain the appearance of the cushions.
Please note: Excessive washing may reduce the outdoor fabric's ability to withstand sunlight and harsh weather conditions.
